If you have locked your account due to too many incorrect logins, you will need to reset your password. This will send you a temporary PIN and unlock your account ready for use:

Open the MiPermit login page and go to the 'Forgotten Password' link or go to the password reset page.
Enter your member number (typically your mobile phone number or landline number or email address) and a vehicle registration number which is on your account.

We'll send you a temporary PIN to your registered mobile phone by SMS, or your registered email address. You can then login and change your password to a more memorable one.
